Your kit arrives
1–2 business days from our studio. Everything is included: putty, ring sizer, return packaging, instructions and a direct support line.
Capture the imprint
It takes a few minutes. The putty is pet-safe and cures quickly - your pet feels nothing more than a gentle boop.
Mail it back
Return packaging is included. The imprint travels safely to our studio.
We check and cast
We inspect every imprint before casting. If it is not good enough, we tell you and you try again with fresh material at no cost. Then it is cast into solid 925 silver or 14kt gold - handmade in the Netherlands, 1–2 weeks.
